Our pastas are made with love and 100% fresh ingredients and do not have any additives, preservatives or colours.
Our Tortellini are made from the absolute freshest ingredients we can find. They are filled with the freshest ingredients sourced from local manufactures and suppliers, just like all our other products. We use Duran Wheat Semolina. One example of the filling is our Beef Tortellini/Tortelloni (Large). We use Back Strap instead of Mince Meat like other manufacturers. We also use home made wine sourced from local suppliers. This makes for an incredible combination. Exquisite!!
