Our pastas are made with love and 100% fresh ingredients and do not have any additives, preservatives or colours.


We make our Lasagne using sheets of pasta that have been worked and rolled to perfection. Within these sheets we layer prime Australian quality beef, and traditional sauces & herbs to create traditional & authentic home-made Beef Lasagne. Our Vegetarian Lasagne is made from the freshest local vegetables using the same traditional techniques, and passion, of course!

We use only the best 90CL Reataurant Quality meat in all our meat products
