Our pastas are made with love and 100% fresh ingredients and do not have any additives, preservatives or colours.
Our Gnocchi are the only of their kind! Why? We use 100% Australian grown fresh potatoes and not potato flour like all other manufacturers. So when you cook our gnocchi, they won't stick together like most others do - they remain plump and luscious and just melt in your mouth. This is why our gnocchi are acclaimed across the country for being the most authentic and of the highest quality...and they're 99% fat free.
We have specially designed gnocchi machines to accommodate any amount of fresh Potato Gnocchi! We can produce over 1000kg of fresh gnocchi per day! Don't forget though, we never change our recipes, we design our machines around our products to ensure maximum quality at all times, and very importantly, consistency.
